“Freedom of speech is a principal of a free government.
When this support is taken away, the constitution of a
free society is dissolved and tyranny is erected on its ruins.”

~ Benjamin Franklin ~

The slow death of free speech by Mark Steyn
I’m opposed to the notion of official ideology — not just fascism, Communism and Baathism, but the fluffier ones, too, like ‘multiculturalism’ and ‘climate change’ and ‘marriage equality’. Because the more topics you rule out of discussion — immigration, Islam, ‘gender fluidity’ — the more you delegitimise the political system. As it happens, the biggest ‘safe space’ on the planet is the Muslim world. For a millennium, Islamic scholars have insisted, as firmly as a climate scientist or an American sophomore, that there’s nothing to debate.  Free speech and a dynamic, innovative society are intimately connected: a culture that can’t bear a dissenting word on race or religion or gender fluidity or carbon offsets is a society that will cease to innovate, and then stagnate, and then decline, very fast.
Great Idea, Ibrahim Hooper!
In a heated exchange last week with Fox News host Meghn Kelly, Ibrahim Hooper – national spokesman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) – issued a put up or shut up kind of challenge to his organization's critics. Rather than acknowledge their record and try to claim things have changed, Hooper and CAIR engage in denial and deflection.
CAIR must fear what would happen if the broader public understands that, thus the emphasis on "Internet hate sites." Ibrahim Hooper issued a challenge. We thank him for it.

Interview with Joy Brighton and Glenn Beck
New York ‘Liberal’ Joy Brighton opens up about what CNN and MSNBC haven’t invited her on to say. It's not about Islam, it's about Sharia-ism. Author Joy Brighton joins Glenn Beck to discuss her new book “Sharia-Ism is Here” and the difference between religion and politics.

Death threats issued as Sharia Watch launches in London
A new group has been launched at the House of Lords to campaign for greater recognition of the threat posed by Islamic Sharia law. Sharia Watch UK says it wants to highlight the impact of Islamism in Britain and campaign against the prevalence of Sharia tribunals, particularly where it relates to women's rights
“Our aim is quite simply to tell the truth," says Waters. "There is a large lack of knowledge of what Sharia Law actually stands for, what it does to women, how it treats women. And our aim is simply to tell the public – warts and all – what Sharia is: its views of women, its views of free speech, its threat to democracy, how it is operating in Britain, the organisations behind it and what their agendas are, and, indeed, the public support that such organisations receive from public figures.
Anti-Israel BDS Resolutions Seize Campuses in Ontario, Canada
It is Hamas—an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood—that has fueled and directed the BDS and Israel Apartheid Week campaigns on university campuses across North America through chapters of the Muslim Student Association and the Palestine Solidarity Network.
Under the guise of promoting peace and human rights, resolutions to join Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions [BDS] drives are being foisted on Canadian university campuses to push the agenda of the Muslim terrorist group, Hamas, to destroy Israel.
A Deadly Virus Is Spreading Around Saudi Arabia and It Might Be About To Go Global
Saudi Arabia has been accused by health care experts of obscuring information about an outbreak of the deadly Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), after a surge in reported cases of the virus this month. Saudi officials have refused to confirm whether their tests suggest that the virus is mutating leading to greater human-to-human infection rates, and will not even comment on whether such tests have been conducted
Concerns voiced by global health professionals have been mounting as Saudi Arabia approaches the Hajj the first week of October. More than one million Muslims travel to Saudi Arabia each year to visit Mecca during the holy pilgrimage, in past years they have come from 188 countries. Virologists fear that unless Saudi Arabia takes great steps to ensure that they have contained and studied the MERS by October, it could be risking spreading the virus globally.
Islam’s Religious War with Everyone
If Muslims fighting Christians, Jews, Hindus and Buddhists are the victims of non-Muslims, what are we to make of Muslims fighting other Muslims in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq? Religious civil wars make it hard to believe that Muslims are the victims of other religions instead of the authors of their own violence. Islam did not expand by treating minorities well. It grew through genocide, slavery and war. That is still how it is growing today.

Iran sweeps coveted UN rights posts
When the criminals are made the judges, it's a travesty of justice. The crucial role of civil society within the world body is being eroded, its voice at risk of being silenced.
Tragically, the UN's election this week of regimes such as Iran, Sudan, and Mauritania -- governments that rape and torture political prisoners, subjugate women, and commit crimes against humanity from slavery to genocide -- sends the message that politics trumps human rights.
Vatican Diary: Francis has a new secretary who speaks Arabic
The admirers of the pope's new secretary, Egyptian Copt Yoannis Lahzi Gaid, have included his fellow Egyptian Magdi Cristiano Allam, a Muslim journalist and writer who converted to Christianity and was baptized in Saint Peter's by Benedict XVI on March 22, 2008. For some time, he has been very critical of a Church that in his view is too yielding toward Islam.
"I have always tried to be the friend who respects the different religion of the other without being afraid of speaking the truth or of emphasizing that Christianity is a call to freedom. And when Magdi asked me about the Copts in Egypt, I did not conceal the immense difficulties experienced by Christians in places where the majority is Muslim. A difficulty that does not come from a few fundamentalists, but from a culture of death and violence based on very clear phrases that cite and call to violence and jihad, calling to kill all who are different, to kill freedom of conscience. Thinking differently is enough for a death sentence."
Why grooming is a Muslim issue
In the name of Sharia, men are seducing young girls outside the school gate, making them fall in love and then prostituting them out to family and friends. This is the scandalous phenomenon of grooming, which has been going on behind closed doors for over 20 years in the UK and has been denounced by the Law and Freedom Foundation. This phenomenon has been underestimated by social services, charities and police for fear of being labelled racist. But the problem is growing and concerns not just the UK, but also the Netherlands and other countries.
‘Easy Meat’: Inside the World of Muslim Rape Gangs
This week’s Glazov Gang was joined by Gavin Boby of the Law and Freedom Foundation. He continues to share his battle against “Muslim Rape Gangs in the U.K.” This time he discusses his report on this horrifying phenomenon, ‘Easy Meat,’ and takes us “Inside the World of Muslim Rape Gangs".
Part 1

Part 2

UK: Multiculturalism vs. Islamism
Former Islamic extremist Ed Husain has referred to the result of "25 years of multiculturalism" as not "multicultural communities" but plural "monoculturalism." Husain recalls:
"Many Muslims want to live apart from mainstream British society; official government policy has helped them do so. I grew up without any white friends. My school was almost entirely Muslim. I had almost no direct experience of 'British life' or 'British institutions'. So it was easy for the extremists to say to me: 'You see? You're not part of British society. You never will be. You can only be part of an Islamic society.' The first part of what they said was true. I wasn't part of British society: nothing in my life overlapped with it."

The Moroccans That Infuriate the Dutch
A more recent development is the pending Dutch Moroccan takeover of the drugs and human trafficking businesses. So who, actually, are the Dutch Moroccans about whom Dutch MP Geert Wilders recently stated: "The fewer, the better"? Even though Moroccan street thugs do not behave as devout Muslims and often have little knowledge of their religion and its traditions, they nevertheless strongly identify themselves as Muslims, and often share the political worldview of their Islamist counterparts. The only authority they seemingly do respect is religious in nature: the imam.
Who is in More Trouble: Wilders or The Netherlands?
At the end of his victory speech, Wilders remarked, "And the third question is, and I'm actually not allowed to say this, because I'm being sued, and there might even be Social Democrat DAs that would prosecute me, but freedom of speech is a great thing, and we have said nothing that is not allowed. We have said nothing that is not accurate.
Nigerian Christians: ‘Our Blood Will Speak about Christ’
More than 200 pastors in the Northeastern Borno state have either fled, closed their churches, or have been murdered by the militant Islamic group Boko Haram.“We are willing to pay the price for our calling. We don’t only share the Gospel when things are rosy,” he continued. “It is to be done in every situation. Hunger and want will never discourage us. Swords and guns, even the roar of the devil, will only encourage us to stand first for Christ.”

VIDEOS
Bill Warner – YouTube explanation of “Tawriya”
Islam is a political system that includes deception and lying. Many people have heard of taqiyya, but there is a lesser known form of deception called tawriya.

Pat Condell – It’s good to be anti-Islam
If you haven't discovered Pat Condell, you should watch this now. This guy is saying what probably most Americans think to themselves. What he says about Islam is 101% accurate. Condell and others in the secular and  atheist community are outraged by the inherent mandates of Islam that order Muslims to kill all unbelievers, and which allow child marriage, women's enslavement and honor killings, and which have led Muslims to believe in their superiority and exalted position of privilege.
It isn't individual acts of crazed Muslim terrorists that threaten our civilization and daily life. These are rare, hard to carry out, and not predictable. What threatens us are the efforts of CAIR, ISNA, ICNA, Muslim Brotherhood, Muslim Students Association, Association of Muslim Scholars, and their toadies in the mass media and universities like Brandeis University, which have no qualms about exposing pedophile priests or Christian killers of abortion providers but ignore crimes committed in the name of Islam, and which are hard at work to destroy our freedom of speech and our fundamental right to criticize all religions. Of course today it is only Islam that is still killing people. It has a perpetual Inquisition and Crusade against all nonMuslims and women and anything that smells of freedom and democracy.

Most of you are still too intimidated by PC to admit that you fear Islam. It's like what Lawrence Krauss and Richard Dawkins said about atheism and the US Congress. There is only one publicly confessed atheist in congress but there are undoubtedly hundreds more unbelievers in the closet, serving in congress, who would be terrified to be outed.

There are, luckily, some sane organizations around who are not afraid to speak out against the "religion of peace" that spends its time urgingdeath to everyone else. Act for America, the AHA Foundation, American-Islamic Forum for Democracy, Investigative Project on Terrorism, Middle East Forum, the Clarion Project, plus several blogs and journals in Europe are among this growing group, in addition to a wonderfully burgeoning group of agnostics, atheists, skeptics, secularists, encouraged by people like Dawkins and Krauss, who are growing in size at the exact time that reason and sanity are needed. There are two battles we must engage in: against climate change and against Islam and the forces of irrationality that feed Islamic violence. The right wing denies climate change and the left denies the threat of Islamism. We need to recognize and fight both. But above all we must oppose the efforts to suppress the truth and to shut down the media we need to expose the truth.
This is a fight for democracy, in case you didn't know it.
Written by Lorna Salzman

WE REMEMBER
For Assyrians, Greeks and Armenians, the genocide has not ended, it cannot end so long as Turkey denies the genocide. The psychological wounds cannot be healed if the crime is not acknowledged by the perpetrator. Islamic supremacists never, ever take responsibility for the evil they perpetrate, and apparently the secular (and rapidly de-secularizing) Turks are no different. The genocide did not end in 1918, it continues to this day. It has been 99 years of genocide.
